Court, aka our fearless leader, started the business in 1987. Over the past 28 years he has grown his store from a franchise into his own flourishing company. He takes great pride in selling the best products while providing the highest level of customer service! Court is a father of five and likes to spend his free time on the golf course!

Co-Owner
Carrie is a founding member (that would be 28 years!!) and a huge part of the growth of Window Decor. She now takes a more behind the scenes role in making sure the business is thriving. She is a woman of many talents and her smiley personality is always a joy to be around!

Brenda Ference
Senior Sales Consultant
When Brenda first started with Window Decor, she probably had no idea she would be a loyal employee nearing her 27th year with the business. Her care and concern for all of her customers, coupled with her amazing decorating talents with color and design has made her a huge part of Window Decor’s success. She spends her free time playing glow-in-the-dark bocce ball and spending time with her grandkids!

A longtime friend of Carrie and Courts, Susan took over the managing of all things Window Decor more than 10 years ago. As we say, “The buck stops with Susan!” While she is not keeping the store in tip top shape, she enjoys cooking (we love the leftovers!), freezing weather and spending time with family, including the new love in her life, her baby grandson!

One of the newest members to our team, Amanda has taken on the responsibilities in a few different areas of the company, including expanding business through Social Media - #WelcomeToTheDigitalAge! Her number one passion in life is to travel and she is a huge Washington Nationals fan!

Carrie is our part time but big impact employee. She is always eager to take on any task and brings a steadiness and great attitude to the store. When Carrie is not the Window Decor superhero, she is playing supermom to her four kids!

Installer
Bobby is our in-house installer and newest addition to Window Decor. His positive attitude and willingness to take on whatever is needed has been a great asset. We can always count on his quick wit and fun personality for a good laugh! Bobby enjoys playing with his band at local bars and venues, and loves hiking in Shenandoah National Park. |
